Thank you very much for your trip report and notes.  It alerted me to
several things that I would maybe not have thought of as quickly by

Has anyone successfully entered(and exited) the Dominican Republic with just
a birth certificate/driver's license without a passport ?

I went to the Dominican in November. I got sick 3 days into the
