BIG NOTE: This message does *not* concern the use (or rather, non-use) of VISA cards drawn on american banks. That problem is well known. This different. We had an unsatisfactory situation in Cuba with VISA cards drawn on Canadian banks.

I'm currently residing in Canada holding a filipino passpost. Just would like to know what I require to visit Cuba for 7 days with a few of my canadian friends. Would I need a visa bewfore entry or will they provide me with one upon arrival?
