     Does anyone ever notice a small (3%)
finance charge on purchases made in foreign countries, on their credit
card statement? or is this just a Citibank thing?

DON'T BOOK A ROOM AT ANCHORAGE HOTEL IN ROSEAU DOMINICA!!!!!
I booked four nights, when I got there they said I could only stay there
two.  The pillows smelled like mildew.  The staff was rude.  The rooms were

My fiance and I plan to move to STX in September, but need some help
planning a wedding from the states... our wedding will be 1/1/2007 and

I've just signed up as a member for RCI vacation club.  My terms is
that I have to book with them once every 3 yrs, at any week for 30
years. And I go more often also there are no maintenance fees...so it
is not a timeshare but rather I'm part of a vacation club network.

reasonably priced hotels with a decent beach.

Any advice on safety in Jamaica. we're lookking at staying at The
'Sunset Jamaica Grande' at 'Ocho Rios' on the north of the Island. Not
far from the Dunns River Falls.
