I suppose I was bit by the QM2 bug more than I expected.  ;)   My brother
and I just booked the QM2 this morning to sail in a couple weeks on May 10.
It's an 8-day Caribbean sailing round trip out of NY. We received an ok deal
(good for QM2 I guess) in an outside guarantee cabin ...

Hello... As usual, I went to book my fall Mexican 10 day cruise with
HAL. ...I was shocked to see that there is only one slated Riviera
cruise on the Ryndam (Oct 26, I think), and one 10 day Sea of Cortez
cruise (Oct 10th).   What happened to the Statendam this fall? What

I know that the QE 2 could be converted and was used as a troop ship,
but what about the QM2?

this summer.  We'd like to go on the Carnival Paradise out of Miami.
Skyauction presents a huge (almost $2000 savings total) for us.  I
want to go for it, but my sister is scared that we will get the worst

Hi! I've worked this year so much and finally decided to spent some money
in good deal such as "cruise";) But I don't like and simply can't have a
good rest alone! So I've decided to invite some experienced in travel,
good people (no matter F or M :)) to jon me in my cruise.

We are looking to book a rear aft balcony cabin and noticed on the deck
plans a large amount of metal superstructure past the balcony railings...We
atre specifically looking at cabins on deck nine..has anyone stayed in one
of these and can comment on the visibility from these ...

Due to "air traffic controller concerns for airport congestion", AirTran
has decided to cancel our comfortable noon flight from FLL.  Our
alternative choice was a 6:30 am flight the same day (still on the
ship!) or 6:30 am the following morning (hotel, transfers and meals at

QM2:Birth of a Legend....on Discovery Channel at 8PM ET Thursday.

We're all packed and ready.  Leaving tomorrow morning, driving to Seattle
for one night, then fly to Honolulu on Friday for a great inter-island
cruise and repositioning to Vancouver.
Will be back home around 13th. May.

Would like to take a cruise in Sept. or Oct. 2004 that repositions out
of NYC or Bayonne NJ. Can you please tell me of any cruises and the
ports they go to?? Would like to end up in Florida or San Juan PR.

My "cruise buddy" and I want to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary in
January 05 w/ a Panama Canal cruise.  We are frequent cruisers on HAL but are
looking at the Galaxy RT out of Galveston (convenience) as well as a HAL cruise
out of FLL to San Diego.

Wife and I are booked on Diamond Princess, 11 days, Mexico,
Dec 29, 2004.
Please, can someone suggest a good pre-cruise hotel fairly near to the
pier, and not too far from LAX.  ...And where exactly is the Diamond

Greetings all.  I am looking for my next cruise.  I have been on Royal
Caribbean many times, how does Holland America compare?

We will be stopping for a day in the Italian port that accesses Rome.  The
only ship excursions would bus us to Rome to spend a the day and then drive
back to the ship.  It is almost a 12 hour excursion.we have visited Rome
several times before and don't chose to return in this way.
