I received this press release from Royal Caribbean and thought it
would be of interest. This release sure makes me hungry. <;+) If you
have missed any of my news' postings, they are available on my web

Does any one know which ships will be doing the PC late 2006?  It is going
to be a surprise for a couple celebrating their 30th anniversary and I want
to book early to get the room I know they would love.

We are taking the Panama Canal Crossing of the Pride in late June.  Are
there any swingers out there?  We would love to try and meet some
others - but it never seems to be real easy onboard....
Let's hope so!  13 days!

We are booked on the June 10 Golden Princess out of South Hampton
(Southhampton??) and hope someone can give some tips on:
            1. Transfer from Heathrow...we are getting in mid-day on
the 9th and are thinking about staying in London for the evening then

Looking at the deck plans for the Constellation I see Celebrity has
booked the wife and I in a cabin with "two upper berths" in addition to
the standard "convertable sofa bed."  Do you think this might be a
mistake, since we would have no use for the upper berths?  Would this

I will be heading to Alaska with HAL Volendam in Mid August with port of
calls in Skagway, Ketchikan, and Juneau.
I will be traveling with my wife (we are in our early-mid 30's) and 4 other
older folks (60-70yrs).  I was wondering about possible shore

Hello - I'm trying (far in advance) to book our first cruise to Alaska
for next year. I'm trying to find out some basic info. just to narrow
down the cruiselines themselves. Any info. anyone can provide would be
much appreciated. Everyone in the group seem really helpful!

Has anyone cruised from the US west coast to Hawaii?  I'm wondering how
warm it is in the middle of the Pacific.

I would like advice on travelling from USA to India by ship. Time of
travel is not a big concern. I'd like to contain the cost under $1500.
I am not looking for luxury travel.

Do the cabins in the front of the ship (or on the sides, but near the
front) experience any greater amount of swaying compared to cabins in
the middle section or the back?  We're looking at Deck #7 (perferably)
of Explorer Of The Seas.  

What a wonderful time seeing all our old friends and meeting some new ones!
The ship was a delightful surprise and the food  better than the other NCL
cruises that Ed & I have been on before!  Perfect weather..will tell more
later as we returned
