I saw a 45 minute video on THE TRAVEL CHANNEL of "The World" cruise
ship. They showed the swimming pool, golf green, tennis court area and
NO LIFESAVING FLOATATION DEVICES WERE VISABLE !
What regulatory idiots decided that lifebuoys aren't needed on these

We just got back from our 3rd cruise on Carnival. Also have gone on the
Celebrity for a family cruise. My husband and I prefer Carnival.  My
question is I would like to stick with Carnival, but there eastern caribbean
trips include 2 sea days, being I haven't been on the bigger ...

I was watching the travel channel special yesterday on this ship and
let me say I was impressed.  The ship looked great and activities
looked very exciting.
Does anyone here have any personal experience with this ship?

I returned late Saturday night (early Sunday morning actually) from my
Virgin Islands cruise on the S.V. Legacy. It was a really wonderful
cruise that went something like this:

Can anyone tell me what's happened to the Renaissance ships, I sailed with
Renaissance twice and they were my favorite cruise line.  I would like to

Using frequent flyer miles, I can get some freebie tickets flying into
Sarasota.  Our cruise leaves from Tampa and of course those free
tickets aren't available.  It is approximately 40 miles and I was
wondering if there was a relatively inexpensive way to get from point A

Will be flying into Sarasota and renting a car to drive to Tampa.  I am
looking for a car rental location that has dropoff/pickup very close to
the port of Tampa.  Are there any major rental companies with locations
near the Port of Tampa?
