Zeebrugge, Belgium to Bruges17 Aug 2006 15:25 GMT2
We will be docking in Zeebrugge on the Celebrity Century and would like
to see the city of Bruges.  The ship does run tours, but we would
prefer to take a cab ourselves.  Does anyone know if there are cabs
that go that far, that we could hire for a half day, and any idea of

Carol finishes radiation next Tuesday.  We're planning a party for
early September.  But not the week of the 24th.  This morning I booked
us a junior suite on the Rhapsody of the Seas.  We took a tour of the
ship Sunday and were pleased enough to book.  Didn't get a great cabin

What a terrible thing Star Cruises did to the Norway!!!16 Aug 2006 23:32 GMT1
NCL should have let Carnival Cruise Line buy them years ago instead of
that careless Star Cruises. What they did to the Norway was terrible!!!
I would love to see Carnival buy Star Cruises and do away with that
company name forever!!!

What about the booze?16 Aug 2006 03:06 GMT19
How about all the booze that was purchased by passengers to take back home
and they find out they can't carry it on the plane, because of the new
security measures? If you pack in your checked in suitcase you know it will
get broke. That's got to suck. Does all of theses new ...
Duty Free Liquor -"Cash & Carry"15 Aug 2006 21:50 GMT2
Will be curious to see if in the next couple of weeks there is a
policy change in the on board duty free stores.  I am wondering if sales
will/have dropped due to transportation issues with getting liquor home
now.  You know sales are going to drop if people can't carry liquor off

Maui car rental questions15 Aug 2006 14:44 GMT6
We are going on the Norwegian Wind Hawaii 11 day cruise on Nov. 18th, 2
days of which will be in Maui. I'm not much for going on cruise ship
excursions, so we are thinking of renting a car. Questions for anyone who
has been on this cruise. It says we are on Maui from 9 - 10:30 ...
Cruise ship sinking14 Aug 2006 16:47 GMT11
Question: If a cruise ship were to have a problem, such as a terrorist bomb going off and the ship sinking, is there any area, which would be best for having a cabin? That is, if I book a cruise should I get a cabin in the forward part of the ship or the rear? What would be best ...
Kristina Regina Norway Fjords14 Aug 2006 16:34 GMT1
My family recently completed the cruise from Helsinki to Trondheim.
About 1/3 the passengers were russians from a St. Petersburg travel
agency.  Mostly Finnish passengers with a scattering of US and UK.
I was slightly disappointed in the (optional) evening buffet at e18
