I am sailing 10/28 and am interested in upgrading (paying of course) from IN
to OV.  I see they are still available. Do I contact my TA, ask cruise line

We are taking the Vision of the Seas to Alaska next year and made our own
flight arrangements. We are docking in Seattle at 6 am. Our plane leaves
Seattle  at 11:35 am. The cruise line web site said in order for us to do
their transfers our plane has to leave at noon or later. ...
