In the past, as I recall, wasn't the rule of thumb that if you go to let's say, Carnival's website, and get a price on a cabin, that the price should be lower if you go to a TA? Wasn't brochure prices always higher than the price a TA gives you?

Because of snoring, my wife and I require separate bedrooms when we travel. I know some cruise ships offer two-bedroom "owner's" suites at prohibitive (for us) prices, but do any lines offer regular cabins that connect and can thus form a two-room suite. Any other ideas,

| European River Cruises | 30 Jun 2007 19:22 GMT | 16 |
I know this has been discussed here before but as usual when it does not concern me at the time, I don't give it that much attention. A couple, who are very good friends of ours, want to go on a European River Cruise to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary next year. The ...

We are a family of four (all adults), and will be cruising on RCL's Mariner of the Seas in a couple of weeks. Because it's not practical to use cell phones while at sea, we thought we would try to buy some walkie talkies to stay in touch with one another as we go about our ...

| Mexican Riv versus Caribbean | 28 Jun 2007 02:15 GMT | 12 |
We have done a few Caribbean cruises. We have done Eastern, Western and Southern. We would say in very general terms that the Eastern Caribbean had the biggest waves, but nothing to cause any problems. We were thinking of trying a Mexican Riv cruise out of San Diego. We don't ...
