Montego Bay09 Aug 2007 14:39 GMT16
We will be sailing on the Conquest 8/26.  I read on another board of a
group on a Carnival tour in Montego Bay being robbed.  Any safe tours
you could recommend.  We usually go on our own but now am wondering
if any tours are safe are just stay on ship.

Baltimore port, also San Juan question.07 Aug 2007 22:57 GMT3
Two questions:
   1. We are staying at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore prior to cruising on
Grandeur O T Seas.  Anybody know the proximity of hotel to dock?
   2. Every time we go to San Juan there is some local trouble that

formal wear?
Northwest airlines....06 Aug 2007 23:49 GMT16
So our trip to Alaska ( and cruise to Vancouver) in a few weeks will
be ushered in by a flight by Northwest Airlines, first to Minneapolis,
then a change, and on to Anchorage...
.....and I've been hearing that Northwest is the "King of Cancellations"

Red Hook Restaurant06 Aug 2007 14:41 GMT1
We are meeting someone for breakfast immediately after our Crown Princess
cruise on Thursday, September 6.
Does anyone have any first hand experience with restaurants near the port?
A Google search shows several, but no real information.
What is the Motel Hell of Cruises06 Aug 2007 06:49 GMT28
We all know those little Motel Hells that dot the side of America's
Roadways.  These are the places you stay when you naively decided not to
make reservations during  Easter Week.  These are the Bates Motels where
you have to stay  because your car broke down; the road is washed ...
Port of Miami Holiday Inn06 Aug 2007 04:15 GMT1
It's been years since I've stayed there.  Anyone have any fairly recent
experience with them to share here?
We're also looking at Courtyard Marriott, Downtown Hyatt, or anything
else close to port for spring break pre-cruise.
Another question over the coffee cup06 Aug 2007 02:10 GMT11
When we were taking outside cabins we were asked if we wanted port or
starboard.
On our first cruise we said starboard because we wanted to see the sights
away from the port from our balcony.
