George is working with us for a 2-week mid January Veendam cruise out of
Tampa.  Our plan is to do a few days of the Mickey in Orlando, then

I've booked a 4-day Baja Mexico cruise on Carnival Elation from San
Diego to Cabo San Lucas next July. It is our very first cruise, so we
thought it best to start with a short one. There will be two adults
and two teenage girls. We've booked a category 12 suite with balcony.

Is it necessary to book the speciality resturants for the whole cruise ASAP
or can this be done daily?  There are just two of us.  Also are the prices
per person or table/reservation.  Comments or suggestions on the speciality
resturants on the NCL Star.   Thanks
