ship to airport time???19 Jan 2008 19:06 GMT13
Three of us will be cruising on the Westerdam in April out of Ft.
Lauderdale.  Mom and I are going to spend a couple days in Florida
after the cruise but our third person needs to get right back home.
The most convenient flight is at 1:45 so I'm assuming that she'll need
Carnival Valor Dec. 16-23rd Cruise - Noro Virus19 Jan 2008 04:34 GMT7
Just got back from a cruise on the Valor.  It's a great ship, but my husband
contracted the Noro Virus.  Classic symptoms, no doubt what he had.  2 days
later, both my kids had it but we were back in Florida by then.
My question is - has anyone heard of an outbreak on the Valor in ...

Bloody on Ice18 Jan 2008 07:12 GMT1
The Ice Rink on the Freedom was stained with lots of blood when a boy
fell and his father cut off part of his finger with his skate.
The ships did a great job in attending to the emergency medically,
protecting the dismembered finger and calling the coast guard.

On J Sisker, E Fitzgerald, TA posts, and Chrissy Cruiser18 Jan 2008 01:42 GMT24
A couple weeks back, TA John Sisker posted items regarding details for
cruisers in ports of Catalina and Ensenada.  Relatively new NG
participant E Fitzgerald responded with a bravo and a comment that
this was the type of info he wanted from TA`s; and not bland press
MIA Parking18 Jan 2008 00:36 GMT6
In about 4 weeks we'll be leaving for San Juan and a cruise. We will
be leaving from Miami, an airport I haven't been in yet, on American
Airlines. Anyone from Miami or environs that can give us a good idea as
to where is the best option among the long-term lots?

To Sue & Kevin and Jr.,
Bon Voyage, you lucky folks! I wish you a wonderful cruise on the
Emerald Princess. 10 nights is just dreamy in my book...no comparison
to a 7-nighter in terms of the overall "de-stress" effect. What a

My vacation package includes five cruises - one of which is Royal
Caribbean or Carnival. My only expenses are the usual taxes and
processing fees. The cruises are complimentary.
For example, one cruise is a 7-dy cruise/stay from Ft. Lauderdale to

Of the five I have picked St. Maarten ( and hope weather is nice).
Is there anyone who has gone parasailing on any of these islands or
