Does anyone know if there is a Harry Ramsden's at Heathrow?  We will be

Long time lurker here. Does a Canadian citizen need a passport to sail
round trip to Alaska on a cruise departing from Vancouver, or will a
birth certificate and driver's license suffice?  I've done a search
and only find conflicting views.
