We will be staying at an RV park in Blaine, WA, for a few days before we board a cruise ship at Canada Place in Vancouver, BC. Does anybody have any suggestions for getting to the pier from Blaine (and vice versa when we return)?

Does anyone have any experience with the River Tubing Safari on the White River in Jamaica? (We are docking in Ocho Rios.) Frommer's "Caribbean Ports of Call" cites this excursion as one of the best they've taken, but I'd like to hear your comments.
