I am looking at cruising on Celebrity's Summit out of San Juan on
December 13th. I have a question about the transfers provided by
Celebrity from the airport to the port and back. Do they transfer your
luggage to the ship or do you have to take your luggage on the bus?

In early September we'll visit Shanghai on Sun Princess's Grand
Pacific cruise. We generally don't take ship excursions, preferring to
either walk or take a hop-on, hop-off bus and I spend quite a lot of
time planning and discovering tourist information (half the fun!).

Thought this was of interest to those who fly to cruises. I have a
flight booked on American in December which luckily is before the new
fee. Seems to me the airline is going to get a lot more carry on
luggage. I guess that will be the next fee.

Most readers of this newsgroup have been on many cruises... some good, some
not so good - of which we certainly all hear about. Yet, with all this
experience, there must be something really positive that stood out for you;

As many know we are heading out in next month for trip on Jewel OTS.
Needless to say we paid for the trip in full a few weeks ago. When we
paid, the TA told us that the price had gone down a little and charge
card reflected that. Cool.
