Many cruise lines will not allow booze to be carried on for personal use
in the stateroom.  Does anyone know what the rule is for the Queen Mary 2?

First time sailing in the Mediterranean.......2nd week Nov. (08).
RCCL - from Barcelona on down to Palermo (ports enroute)
and then back to Barcelona.  Anyone know what the weather
is like in early November there?

Word has it that Carnival will try open seating in some of the dining rooms
starting this summer.  It will be voluntary so they will still have assigned
times AND open seating.
I don't know the exact ships yet, but the program should start this summer.

Last year my family sailed on a 2 week trip to Hawaii. The 3 yr. old had
an ear infection and had to see the ships Dr. twice. We all purchased
insurance, however my daughter-in-law never collected a dime from the
co. The Co. rarely answered the phone and would never return her call.
