It is no coincidence that in no known language does the phrase 'As
pretty as an Airport' appear.

Best Alaskan Cruise??????14 Aug 2008 23:00 GMT14
I'm looking to book an Alaskan Cruise next June around the time of the Summer
Solstice for my wife and I.  We normally take Princess and they seem to have an
interesting one on the Saphire Princess that departs Anchorage on June 20 and
Arrives in Vancouver on June 27.  However I've ...
Suggestions Please14 Aug 2008 21:35 GMT20
Hi Cruisers,
After our family Reunion last month,  I got to thinking of how nice it would
be if we could go on a cruise together.   Not everyone would be able to make
it though due to physical  or financial reasons.   Another thing, most of my
Carnival Fascination14 Aug 2008 21:12 GMT2
Taking my daughter on this ship for a cruise on 8-11-08.
I was told that some of the carnival ships did not get a waterworks
park upgrade.  Does anyone know if the Fascination got it yet.  Do
they have other water slides on this ship if not?

Upper Class14 Aug 2008 18:23 GMT1

old-world term of upper class. Just that term alone seemed to ruffle some
feathers, so obviously there is no-doubt some thoughts as to what this
really means in today's cruising environment.

I will be visiting Roatan next month and am wondering what excursion to
take. If any of you have been there, I'd like to hear about your
experiences.

Emeril's13 Aug 2008 06:54 GMT3
Like George, I consider the Emeril badged places considerably
overpriced.  We've had several meals at his Fish House in MGM, and it's
now off our list.  When we left there the last time, several years ago,
I told Mrs. Nonny, "That's the best $30 meal I ever had for $150."  The
Norwegian Spirit Voyage Report13 Aug 2008 04:29 GMT1
I posted this a week ago, but since it didn't elicit any comments or
even arguements, I thought I should put it up again--just in case it
did not get through for some reason!

Bar Harbor Car Rental12 Aug 2008 01:40 GMT2
It's been suggested to us that renting a car and going to the Acadia
National Park in Bar Harbor, ME is a must do.
Any thoughts on where car rentals at or near the cruise tendering pier would
be appreciated.
