I'm getting slammed on drop-charges on a car hire from Barcelona, dropping
off in Biarritz.
Anyone have any suggestions of companies/methods of doing such a rental with
less than the 500 EUR drop-off charge?

Any suggestions gratefully received.

I'm planning to join an organized (Insight Tour) Winter Holiday Tour in
Vienna, Prague, and Budapest.  Has anyone tried this tour or any other
winter holiday tours before?  Basically, the group will be spending
