How would we get from London Stansted airport to London Gatwick airport?  We have to change from one to the other -- must we go back into London, or is there a bus/shuttle or something we can take?  Thanks

As part of the Europe holiday i'm currently planning (as my other post's no
doubt suggest) a three night's stay in Berlin is on the itinery but i'm not
sure where in Berlin would be best for me to book a hotel.

I recently purchased a Trenitalia rail pass.  Could anyone verify my
understanding of the required supplements:
1) Eurostar Italia - Advance reservations are always required.  The
supplement is included in the cost of the reservation.

deposit in form of a £ stirling cheque. Seems odd?
