I should visit first coming from Innsbruck. Which one's more

I am wanting to visit the Netherlands in 2004 for a week or so.  But
I'm in my late 20s and single... so I have no one to go with.  (I am
the most successful of my friends, which is a mixed blessing, as they
never have money to do this kind of thing with me.)

The Islay Festival of Malt & Music looks like great fun and one assumes
that it must be a high point of the tourist season.  Unfortunately, the
timeframe is completely impossible for us. We're thinking of a visit
