Hi all, my wife and I are going to Copenhagen for a couple of days
before christmas but we are not sure weather to come home on the 23rd
or 24th will everything be closed(shops museums ect) on the 24th or
would there be something to do. Thanks for you help

We just came from trip to Europe, and our biggest disappointment is that
while in Europe we have had constantly endanger our health by breathing
second hand smoke because smoking in Europe is widespread and unrestricted.

A scheduling glitch (or maybe a secret attempt to share an old Hollywood
movie setting) puts us aboard an overnight train from Venice to Rome next
week.  It's not going to be Eurostar service at that hour, either,
although I'll spring for 1C.

I have used newsgroups in the past when planning trips, particularly
to Europe.  In the past I have used AOL, but I cancelled that service
about 6 months ago and now just have a high speed internet hook up.

Some years ago I stayed in a "Pension New York" in Barcelona, in the
Gothic QUarter.  I'm trying to find out if it still exisits.  Anybody
