I personally have never missed a flight.  My wife did once flying back
to France from California with a plane switch at NY.  JFK was pretty snowed
in, one runway open.  She had called TWA and they lied to her saying
that NY "was open" so she took the SF flight only go have to fly ...

I am moving to Luxembourg in Febuary and am having problems finding
accomadation, I need tempory accomadation for about 2 months, the only
hostel I can find only lets you book for 1 week and is open dorms,
hotels are way to expensive, a cheap one would be in excess of 3000

Can anyone recommend an afordable hotel in downtown Dublin to stay for a
few days in mid February? I've been looking around at hotels.com, and it
appears that Best Western can be had for somewhat under 100 EUR/night.

I'm traveling from the USA and need a quick explanation of hotel terms I
am seeing.
In the UK I see rooms listed as single, double, twin, quad etc.  I
understand these refer to the number of people a room is designed for.
