ok, I have prices of 81 to 84 pounds for a night in August. Very reasonable according to what I have been pricing! Like a B&B - no lift, no fan for 115 pounds. Which would you choose and why? I would appreciate your comments,

Can anyone recommend a good 2 or 3 star in Paris. Looking to spend around $100 a night for single. Just want something thats clean and safe. Also I've heard that the cabs in Paris are very high. Is this true? I've been to Rome and thought the fares there were reasonable.
