I'm looking for recommendations for moderately priced hotels/pensions in
Vienna, Budapest & Prague for a family cycling vacation next summer.  I've
got the Lonely Planet guides, but am looking for personal recommendations.

The 3 of us will be going to italy in a little less than a month.  We
will need to call the U.S., make phone calls within Italy to make
reservations, etc.  In previous trips out of the U.S., I've relied on
prepaid phone cards, and they've worked out okay.
