The site http://www.easyinternetcafe.com does not list locations in
Paris.  I know they are there but needed to refresh my memory of exact
locations.
Anyone know why they are not listed?

That time of year again. Updates, corrections, suggestions wanted.
This is the pub guide selected by people in Ireland or regular
visitors and not some commercial brewery or any other vested interest.
Reward the publicans who respect their customers.

German Marks28 Jan 2004 10:08 GMT20
I am travelling to Germany this summer, and recently found about DM
200 that I had left from my last trip.  Does anyone know if these can
still be changed into Euros, and where I could do this if it is at all
possible?  If it is possible, do you know what rate they exchange at?

best time for a visit?27 Jan 2004 22:41 GMT12
My traveling buddy has expressed a strong desire to head back to Europe - -
specifically, northern Italy and Switzerland.   All I can remember about the
calendar there is that spring comes late, autumn comes early and everything
shuts down in August.

Any suggestions/comments on travel books?  I'm looking at Lonely Planet and
Rough Guide.  Would you bring more than one per region?
We are budget backpacking students, so not frommers or anything.
car rent in france27 Jan 2004 21:14 GMT10
I wish to go to france and rent a car (again). I had a slightly bitter
experience when I rented a car from "Europecar" in Dieppe in the year
2001. Although I treated the car I rented impeccably, "Europecar" made
such a fuss over a minor scratch on the bonnet i did not notice when I

Travel to Istanbul27 Jan 2004 19:05 GMT2
I will be traveling to Istanbul for my wedding in early August.  I've
noticed that ticket prices for that time of the year are much higher
than I expected.  Is it best to go ahead and buy now, or might they go
down if I hold off.  I'm usually a last minute planner and never
