Has anyone in the US used the "online ticket" service to book German train tickets at "www.bahn.de"? It looks pretty much like an airline e-ticket. Is it similar? Also, are there any potential problem with using one of these tickets

If you have experienced this "coach seats" condition while flying long distance, what advice would you give to someone to guard against DVT? I have heard about getting up and walking, drinking lots of water but no alcohol or coffee, and wearing support stackings.
