visiting Genoa, Portofino, and the Cinque Terre. We are thinking of basing

I need to get from Cadiz to Barcelona in July 2005. I will be a foot
passenger with no veichles etc. What is the best way to do this? Both
are coastal and I would prefer to take a ferry if at all possible,
