I've booked a daytrip to France. Will be taking the car from Dover to Calais. Just wanted to find out if there's any decent places to visit, things to do near Calais as I've heard its pretty dead there apart from the big shopping city.

Greetings! I was looking for cost of traveling between London and Sheffield [UK]. It seems train fares is about fifty five pounds and about fifteen pounds by coaches. It does not sound true. I must have made a mistake. Please comment on this. With thanks.

In May when I go to Salzburg, there isn't much going on with concerts so I'm thinking about attending chamber music at the Fortress (New Residence or Prince's Chamber) or possibly at the Mirabell Palace. Which place is better for this and is this "chamber music" worth seeing ...

I'm off to Leiden again next week, and it seems that there are very, very few hotel beds about, apparently because of Bulb auctions, why do they get so many visitors? And what exactly are they? Cheers.

I will be in Helsinki for a week this Summer. Is it possible to rent a car to drive to Vyborg, Russia in reasonable time. If for no other reason than to say I've been in Russia. I have heard you do not need a visa to go into Vyborg.

I just came back from a trip in Italy. What a blast! We flew Alitalia into Rome and rented a car through Andiamo Italy (http://www.andiamoitaly.com). They had the lowest prices we could find anywhere, and their service was excellent! A nearly brand new economy
