Lyon airport hotel?02 Apr 2006 13:33 GMT2
Does anyone have a suggestion for a hotel near Lyon St. Exupery airport?
The only hotel right on the airport property seems to be the Sofitel (very
expensive) -- everything else is 10-15 kilometers west and north. Several
that bill themselves as "airport hotels" are in Bron.

We are going on a 30 day bus tour of Europe. It says we should tip
them $90-$150 each. Is this normal?

Anyone know if there's engineering works and a bus replacement service
on this rail route tomorrow?
Network rail's timetable site and phoneline suggests there isn't, but
this suggests there will be. Who is right?

I have some questions about Tunisia maybe someone can answer:
1. Can men wear shorts outside of the resort areas without any
problems?
2. Is it permissable to jog around town?
Cordoba from Ronda01 Apr 2006 22:19 GMT6
I will be in ronda and trying to get to Cordoba on a Wednesday in May. Ronda
is in an awkward spot. I dont really want to backtrack to Malaga to get a
train. I can't seem to find a bus to Cordoba.
I want to get into Cordoba by noon or 2 pm at the lastest.
Rome Hotel01 Apr 2006 20:16 GMT1
I think I've narrowed down our choice to either Nerva, Panda or Smeraldo.
(6 people, 3 nights, last week of June).
Have read Trip Advisor, Fodor and Frommer.  Any experiences to tip the
scales?

Ferries from the UK to (continental) Europe01 Apr 2006 10:05 GMT6
I'm trying to cut down on the number of flights I take, so have been
looking into ferries between the UK & Europe.  When you try to book
online as a single traveller, though, none of them will let you book
the large 4/6/8 bed cabins, saying "you do not have enough in your
Inssbrook Cable Car01 Apr 2006 05:16 GMT7
I hear that you can take a few cable cars up to the mountains from
Innsbrook. Has anyone done this? Is it worth the time and is it scenic? I
was hoping to do something like this and be able to maybe hike/walk along
the top of some mountains.
Looking for cheap accomodation in Dublin...01 Apr 2006 05:14 GMT2
Ok, I know Dublin city centre is horrendously expensive for accomodation,

nights? Don't mind paying a bit for a nice hotel when I go on holiday
myself, but I can't expect my travelling companions to have to ...
