This years tour de France begins in a little over a month.
It is a whole new ball game, with Armstrong.

We have had too cool weather in Paris and this
will persist until Thursday with highs of 14-16°C
But Friday (20°C) will be better and by Sunday
a predicted sunny 24-26°C.
