Greetings! I would travel from London to Paris and back by train. Do I
have to book in advance? I shall be in London for a week before we go
to Paris. Is that enough time to book seats in the train which travels

Sorry if this a repeat question as I don't visit this newsgroup much.
My last visit to Europe in 2000 was uneventful as far as credit card
transactions were concerned.
I went to China last year and my visa charges were hit with a 3%
