Golden Stars Apartment Budapest22 May 2006 09:02 GMT4
We had a really good experience here. Cosy, clean downtown apartment
with a balcony, friendly staff, not expensive! We really felt the
luxury like in any hotel - the service was excellent and we enjoyed the
privacy. Warmly recommend for everybody...
Any suggestions on finding a good European vacation package for Singles?21 May 2006 22:41 GMT13
I'd be going alone and would like to have a vacation package with group
activities with others in a similar situation around my age (27).  I've
searched google, but can't find anything that seems to work for me.
I've never been outside the U.S., so I'm open as far as destinations ...
Paris Parking-- Anyplace to stash a car in the outer suburbs?21 May 2006 22:28 GMT15
We plan to be driving into Paris in a couple of weeks. Looking for a
zone, perhaps out-of-town to stash the car for free. Then do our thing
in Paris after riding the Metro or commuter train into town for a few
days. We'll use public transport while in the metropolitan Paris area?

Annabelle's, Groucho's and other clubs in London21 May 2006 21:56 GMT4
How can a tourist get in for a few drinks at "private" clubs like
these? Pay a hefty membership fee at the door. Or is it more
problematic than that?

It is not Web available but will be for sale in

Autoeurope GPS21 May 2006 20:41 GMT4
The GPS rented from Autoeurope is very lame. We rented one for Italy,
and in small and medium towns it was clueless. It knew the town, but
not any discreet locations. Even in Siena it could not direct to our
hotel location. Better to get a good paper map.
Giverny gardens in full bloom21 May 2006 20:20 GMT5
The Monet Gardens
Giverny is west of Paris, about two hours door-to-door by car.
We went out there yesterday, taking our niece there.  We had not
been there in about 15 years.  The A13 autoroute takes you there

Our group was myself, my wife and three daughters (15, 13, 11). We were
based in Dublin. It was not our first trip to Ireland. The trip was 10
Driving in Croatia21 May 2006 14:31 GMT6
I plan to rent a car in Porec, and drive it along the coast down to
Dubrovnik.  Two questions.....are there any problems with that - that I
should know about?   And two - about how long of a drive is that?
Rome restaurants and caffes21 May 2006 13:10 GMT1
We are planning a trip to Rome probably later this summer.  Any

Naples and staying in Positano for a couple of days.  Recommentdations for
