Does anyone know what the supplement would be on an overnight train from Amsterdam to Munich would be? I hope to have reserve a double sleeping room or a couchette 4. Also, how far in advance do the reservations need to be made, or does that vary?

I'm planning on taking a two week long driving trip in France in early September and I'm trying to figure out a reasonable itinerary. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what I'm thinking is at all feasible.

In the US, most museums have at least one day a month when entry is free. Does anybody know if this is also the case in Paris or any other European city?
