Does anyone know what the supplement would be on an overnight train from
Amsterdam to Munich would be?  I hope to have reserve a double sleeping
room or a couchette 4.  Also, how far in advance do the reservations
need to be made, or does that vary?

We are a senior couple traveling in Spain for two weeks. One week in
