I've been reading the posts in this group with interest. You know there are ways to overcome flying phobias and anxieties without medication. It's an area that I developed an interest in being a sufferer myself and having a keen interest in helping my wife who had a needle phobia.

I'm intending travelling to head to scotland in august, but just found that it was cheaper to go to glasgow than edinburgh, I've not really given much thought to glasgow for a weekend break before, I was wondering whether people thought it would be better to spend a bit more
