Someone mentioned Travelodge, and I didn't see much very close to
anything, but I have been working through about every Holiday Inn

Can anyone tell me anything about what public transportation (bus or train)
is available from either Stresa or Bellagio to Lugano? A link to a web site
with prices, schedules, etc. would be great if you have one. I've searched,

The input that I have received from this group has been wonderful.
We're traveling in August (yep, I know) and have 4 days between
Florence and Rome. We've decided to stay out of the big cities and stay
in the countryside. We'll use this as our base to explore the Tuscany

family's May 06 Umbrian trip.
Looking at the Amalfi photos reminded me that I needed to spread the
