Is nationalized health care terminal?

Hello coffee addicts,
I've gone to three Starbucks while being a tourist in France
and I have to say, 2 out of 3 have sucked.
1. I go in one near Bastille in Paris, and Starbucks needless to say

Am travelling to London as well, excluding hotel cost, what is the
average total daily budget for one person in London?
For example:

Dear Googlers;
I am searching for options regarding a corporate group visiting
Philadelphia from the UK.

Currently in Barcelona and need to travel to Paris on Saturday.  Any
suggestions how?
We have interrail passes but all the Talgo and TGV trains are ´full to
interrail pass holders (would have to pay 300 Euros for a full fare).

Is it possible for an international passenger arriving at CDG at 6.60am
to purchase duty free booze and is there a facility within the terminal
to have a shower and shave?

Since soc.culture.british seems to be all spam, thought I would try to pick
the brains of some of the experts over here. Looking for a town that may not
exist in England. It should be:
-Not too big, but big enough to have a supermarket and a pub or two.

I believe it is law in austria for children to use a booster seat in
cars - we are visiting at Xmas and are looking to hire a car.  We are 2
adults, and 3 children (11,9,7).
