I would appreciate a recommendation on a beach city to visit for 5 days in September. Looking for just a sandy beach to relax by that is accessible without a car (bus, train, etc.). Any accomidation suggestions are most appreciated as well.

I want to rent a van to drive one-way from Paris to London picking the van up in France and leaving it in London. I'm having trouble finding any agency that will do this and wondered if anyone had any recommendations. Can anyone suggest a way of doing this?

I posted the Frankfurt thread. I'm told Stuttgart is equidistant from Heidelberg, and the plane trip is shorter where I'm from, and the town is supposedly prettier. (I will be staying in Heidelberg.) Does the train connect to the airport?
