I am planning a trip to Germany and Poland.  I am mainly interested in
World War 2 sites.
My main focus will be Stalag Luft 3 in Zagan Poland.  I am looking for
information on other sites that could help make my trip even more

I will stay there just one week.
I intend to buy preparred food and sandwiches and things that don't
need cooking as I will be skiing all the day. The breakfast is included
in the cost of the hotel.

Does anyone know if you can rent a car in Zagan, Poland?

My wife and I are engaged in some long-term planning, and are sizing up
a residence secondaire (or, with a perfect storm of good things
happening, a primary residence) in France. We have our eye on southern
France (Languedoc etc) but are also giving some thought to Bourgogne.

I'm in Berlin right now and I'm considering a weekend trip to Poland.
I'm here on business which means that I can't leave much before 6pm on
