Not knowing French and Italian unfortunately but fine in English and
travelling for 2 3 months to Italy and Paris and perhaps Spain. What
is the best handy traslator in the market if you know so it has voice

I conclude that while the helmets are not legally required in Europe,
you are likely more safe to be wearing one than not wearing one.
