There is a new type of fare for Italian trains that gives a pretty good discount if you reserve the day before your departure. The fare is called "Amica". There is a limited number of seats at this discounted rate. I have a feeling that this new fare is accompanied by

| An Overdue Memorial | 14 Jun 2007 14:13 GMT | 4 |
Considering the enormity of what it commemorates, the Memorial to the Victims of Communism, dedicated by President Bush yesterday, is striking for its modest proportions: a 10-foot female figure raising a torch at a busy intersection in Washington, D.C. That's a fitting

This is one thing I never understood. Going on holiday and spending it in a hostel? blaah, not really a holiday I'd love to be on, is it. If I go on holiday I rather treat myself and spend it in a 4* or even 5* hotel than being in a cheap hotel sharing room with everyone....
