DB lists a few trains from Fulda-Frankfurt (but of course they start
in Hamburg and Hannover and continue to Mannheim and Stuttgart)
that have a warning of "Great demand for this connection is expected.

Do I need a special "pass" (vignette) to drive on some roads in France
and Spain? if so, where can I get one.  I'll be arriving in Madrid and

to remember reading that this is only true in Munich and Berlin,

I've been reading about driving through France to Switzerland
and on to Italy.  Seems there are tolls in France and Italy which
is easy enough because they're both Euro currency.
What I'm a little unsure of is:

rich visas.  The US is not so welcoming in this way.
