stopover in Santiago.  I have heard of the "Airport Tax" charged for leaving
the airport.

My wife and I just got back from our second trip to Costa Rica.  We visited
the Arenal Area and Playa Herradura during this visit with many popular
stops such as the Manuel Antonio, Jaco, Arenal Observatory, etc.
