What should a couple of 20 something young women know before spending a
couple of weeks in Chiapas?   What is the safety situation there now.  
What do people need to pay attention to?

 My name is Dee and 5 friends and myself are planning a trip to
beautiful Brazil in Feb. of 2004. We have been trying to get to Brazil
for Carnival the past two years. 2004 will be the year for us.

We are planning to visit Copper Canyon in Jan or Feb, 2004 and would
be most interested in any positive (or negative) comments concerning

Just when I thought I had the perfect trip lined up, I discover a
convention of Doctors is coming to Santiago on the day of my arrival
(November 4, 2003). All hotels are full--or so they say.

Is this all political hype or would the US gov actually seek out
travellers to
Cuba via Mex or Canada?

Any comments on must sees in Georgetown or places that can be done as a
daytrip from Georgetown?

Hi all,
My wife, 3 year old daughter, & I will be visiting Rio next week for a two week
vacation. Primary purpose of the trip is to just enjoy the beaches, city, etc
but we'll also be there for a wedding near the end of our vacation.
