Are there any departure taxes out of Cuba to Mexico?

We are planning on traveling to Bolivia for 1 week in the latter part
of November. As we have never been in that part of South America
before, we'd like to get some recommendations on where to go and tips
on what to expect. We'll be flying into La Paz, plan on spending a

I'm  traveling to Panama City, Panama  next week, but I'm a student
and traveling on a rather tight budget. Can anyone recommend any good
hotels that are inexpensively priced? What is the usual nightly rate?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd like to know if there are direct flight from Quito (Ecuador) to

I will be travelling to Chile shortly, with astronomy being my

Does anyone have any comments on the following hotels in Lima Peru?
Melia Lima - Cheapest I found was $65/night all inclusive.
Sheraton - About $59/night + taxes
Marriott - Cheapest I could find was $107/night all inclusive.  

What is the best way to go between the Buenos Aires international and
domestic AP? About how long? How much does it cost?

Reading thru a Fodor's travel book about Lima.  Will plan on the museums.
Have about 3-4 days.  I might try Cusco/Machu Piccu but it'll be rushed.
Any other suggestions for:
1. Sites must see in city -

Mis agmiso, I am going to Peru soon. I understand 2 places to buy sweaters
are Cuzco and Pisac. Can anyone tell me how much these cost?
Think I will buy one for myself anyway. If anyone has done that and can
advise what else is at the market to buy, would appreciate knowing.

I am going to Buenos Aires in November for 2 weeks with my 14 year old
daughter.  We lived there in 1997, and are going back to visit her school
