How difficult is it to travel from the tip of Chile overland up to
Santiago (mid to late-March)? Would two weeks be enough? Is the bus
the only option, or is it possible to hire a car, or even board a ship
travelling up the Chilean Fjords? Many thanks

Hey couple of questions. We have seven weeks before we need to be in
Lima, Peru for our flights back. While we would love to fly, due to
costs, we probably wont take a plane. Right now we are in Valpraiso,
Chile and are heading to Mendoza tomorrow. But then where to go from

     Got back this morning from a 2,000 mile rodetrip to Toluca, MX and
Valle de Bravo from San Antonio,TX.  We went to visit friends there.
