Hi everyone!  This Jan/Feb, I'm planning on heading South to take some
Spanish classes and travel around a bit.  I would like to spend about

Recently I bought a talavera dinner set in Mexico. The person we
bought it from stated that it was not dishwasher safe. I never thought
of asking if it was lead free. Is there any sure way of testing the
pieces to see if they are lead free?

south as I can. I understand that there is no road on the Pan-American
Highway connecting Panama and Columbia. I have read most of the

I am 57 years old and love to hike--moderate ones, that is some climbing and
some descending too on both rocky and pebbly trails.  do you think this 4 day
