HI  can someone tell me if it is safe to walk around san josa. were to
not go.

We are planning a trip to Chiapas and Oaxaca.  Points we want to
visit include Palenque, Yaxchilan, and Bonampak; San Cristobal, and
Oaxaca.  We're thinking of flying into Villahermosa, seeing the
places in Chiapas, then taking the bus to Oaxaca for a few days
