I am going to visit Bolivia in the end of 2004.
I want to go to Amazonia and need some advice where to go.
Most poeple go to Rurre and take 2-5 days trip to pampa and jungle.
I am afraid of crowded rain forest, so I need some tip for another place

Travelling from the Uk, is is best to bring US dollars, travellers cheques,
or use my Credit card to get the local Sol ?. How much a day in dollars
would I expect to pay for food etc ?

As an alternative to the well known DEET-based insect repellents
(Relec and similars), Mosi-guard is shown itself as a "natural"
repellent, derived from the eucaliptus.
Has anybody tested it with the South American mosquitoes? Does it work

EZE and I have to transfer to AEP to catch my flight to Mendoza.

I was in Belize recently and the highlight of the trip was undoubtedly
going tubing through long and wide caves at Cave Branch River near
Jaguar's Paw, a short drive out of Belize City, and it's an incredible
experience! Highly recommended!

In the middle of December, I want to travel by bus from Guadalajara to
Puerto Escondido as quickly and comfortably as possible.  I have heard there
are some 6 and 10-12 hrs bus rides involved but am not sure what they are.
I also understand there are varying routes ... you can go ...

if you live in USA, it's difficult to see the famous film of Michael Moore,
because it has been censored, but you can travel in France to see it, in many
cinemas it's in english & undertitled in french
