I´m planning a three month trip through Guatemala in january - mainly
because I want to improve my Spanish.

I haven't been deep into Mexico in a couple
of years, and then they were about to chenge
the law for US citizens to where a passport

Last fall we drove from NM to Tucson and then took the bus to Guaymas
and stayed in the San Carlos area for a week. We're still not really
interested in driving to Guaymas as well as we can get around just
fine by local bus and we normally stay in a pretty small area.
