As a Canadian looking at a possible retirement in an area more
climatically friendly than available locally we have tried to learn as
much as possible about the Ajijic/Chapala region through the net.   We

Ok...I leave in 6 days & I'm packing my backpack. I checked the weather for
Cuzco...it looks like it ranges between 40 - 60 degrees Farenheit.
I am debating bringing just a thick wool sweater... and a hooded
sweatshirt....and leaving my jacket at home in an effort to pack light...

I'm thinking of going to Guadalajara to study Spanish for a week and
have some questions.  I'm a novice - never had Spanish lessons at all,
